WF Iceland offers its volunteers affordably priced weekend excursions led by professional drivers to explore some of Iceland’s most renowned natural wonders and stunning landscapes.
Our excursions feature unique Icelandic attractions, including majestic waterfalls, volcanic and geothermal areas, glaciers, lava forests, hot springs, rhyolite mountain ranges, steam vents, and even icebergs.
Given the challenging road conditions during winter, we strongly advise our volunteers to opt for these organized excursions instead of renting cars.
Please note that there is an additional fee for these excursions, which is not included in the work camp fee. Additionally, we provide a variety of exceptional tours and leisure activities through our partner network, offering further opportunities for exploration and enjoyment.
