Worldwide Friends had a group of Italian teenagers coming over for three weeks (22 Nov. 2019 – 13 Dec. 2019). They stayed in a little villages in the East of Iceland. There they participated in different workshops and excursions about global warming and climate change.
Together with some long-term volunteers they build up a great friendship, intercultural learning and awareness. As well they could learn about the Icelandic nature and raise awareness about environmental issues.
