Worldwide Friends Photo&Video Contest

WORLDWIDE FRIENDS PHOTO&VIDEO CONTEST 2018

Entry rules:

1. The contest is open to volunteers and campleaders that participated in Worldwide Friends workcamps between November 2017 and November 2018.
2. Every participant can submit 3 pictures and/or 2 videos at most.
3. Follow Worldwide Friends FB page and Worldwide Friends Instagram for a chance to win.
4. The theme for both pictures and videos is: “Your adventure with Worldwide Friends workcamps”: landscape, people, funny pictures and any other idea related to WF workcamps is welcomed.
5. Submit images in JPEG format with high quality compression, up to 8MB.
6. The videos should be up to 2 minutes in MP4, MOV, MPEG, AVI format, up to 250MB.
7. Editing is permitted both for videos and pictures.
8. The deadline to send your pictures is the 24th of December 2018 at 5pm.

How to submit your photos and videos:

1. Send your pictures or videos to workcamps@wf.is through WeTransfer with your name, surname, dates and code of the camp you participated in.

Remember:

1. You must be the author and copyright holder of the pictures or videos that you submit.
2. Pictures must not show the name of the author or any other information (these details can be included in the metadata of the pictures but must not be visible on the picture itself).
3. We will use the submitted pictures and videos for advertising purposes.

Judging process and prizes

1. We will create two facebook albums where we will upload your photos and videos where everybody can vote for them with just one like.
2. Among the 10 most-voted photos and the 5 most-voted videos WF STAFF will choose 2 winners: best picture and best video.
3. The winners will win a FREE WORKCAMP with Worldwide Friends and FLIGHT RETURN TICKETS to reach Iceland!
4. The winners will be announced between the 25th and 31st of December 2018.
